Our commitment
Obligia is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, in line with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), the French RGAA and the international WCAG 2.2 level AA guidelines. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.
Conformity status
This site is in partial conformity with WCAG 2.2 AA and the RGAA 4.1.2.

Measures verified as in place:
- Semantic HTML5 structure with a single
h1and ordered headings per page; - Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative icons hidden from assistive tech;
- Visible keyboard focus on all interactive elements, and a "skip to content" link;
- Form fields with associated labels; error messages announced to screen readers;
- Colour contrast meeting AA for body text; language declared per page (
lang); - The mobile menu and dialogs expose their state via ARIA (
aria-expanded,role="dialog").
Defects found and corrected on 31 August 2026
- Heading hierarchy (RGAA 9.1): eight pages skipped a level, so navigating by headings lost the document outline. Corrected on every page.
- Contrast of text links and the primary button (RGAA 3.2): links measured 3.68:1 and the button label 1.81:1 against the cyan end of its gradient, where 4.5:1 is required. Both corrected, and the ratios are recomputed from the stylesheet on every build.
- Contrast of form control borders (WCAG 1.4.11): 1.35:1 where 3:1 is required — on a boundary that is the only visual cue a field is there. Corrected to 3.04:1.
- Reflow (WCAG 1.4.10): at a 320 px viewport, the equivalent of 400% zoom, the signed-in pages scrolled horizontally. Corrected.
- Data table semantics (RGAA 5.4, 5.7): the register editor's tables carried no
scopeand no caption, so a cell read on its own was a value with no column name. Corrected.
Known limitations
- Data-dense tables in the workspace scroll horizontally within their own frame on small screens. The criterion permits this for data tables; it is stated here because it is noticeable.
- No assessment with a real screen reader (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver). This is the main limitation of the present assessment.
- Zoom at 200% and the contrast of non-text elements such as icons have not been measured.
- No external audit by an accredited provider has been carried out.
