The product

The full register. Nothing but the register. Done right.

A sharp builder-validator designed for the small entity that just needs to pass the audit, not a heavy, expensive GRC suite.

Guided entry & import

Import your contracts from Excel/CSV with assisted mapping to the 15 ESA templates, or enter them step by step.

CIF integrity & propagation

A function's criticality automatically propagates to all linked contracts. A misclassification can no longer silently break your register.

Validation engine

The regulators' quality checks, replayed before submission: LEIs, closed lists, mandatory fields, cross-table consistency.

xBRL-CSV generator

A package compliant with the current ESA taxonomy: metadata + one CSV per template, named according to the official convention.

Living register

An up-to-date source of truth all year: new provider, amended contract, changed subcontractor, ready to inspect at any time.

LEI / EUID validation

Identifier format and consistency checked; missing ones flagged before submission.

How it works

From "scattered contracts" to "submittable package" in 4 steps.

  1. 1

    Import

Your contracts and providers, from Excel/CSV or via guided entry.

  2. 2

    Validate

The engine replays the regulators' checks and lists every point to correct.

  3. 3

    Fix

You address the flagged errors, clearly, until zero errors remain.

  4. 4

    Export

Download the xBRL-CSV package and submit it to your regulator (NCAs such as AMF / ACPR).

Security & compliance

Your contract data is confidential. We treat it that way.

A posture designed for the financial sector, from the ground up.

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256-GCM).
  • EU hosting, and your register exportable in the regulator's own format at any time.
  • Per-tenant isolation guaranteed at the database level.
  • Audit logging & GDPR compliance.

Obligia is a tool to assist in building the register. Responsibility for submission remains with the entity, but we do everything we can to make sure your package passes the checks on the first try.

Pricing

Annual billing, paid upfront.

The register is annual, and so is your value. No seasonality: a living register maintained all year.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

What is the DORA Register of Information?

It is the structured inventory of all your contractual arrangements with third-party ICT service providers (and their subcontractors), to be submitted annually to your competent authority and kept available for inspection.

Why xBRL-CSV format?

Because regulators require it: a machine-readable package (metadata + one CSV per template) complying with the ESA taxonomy. Obligia generates it for you; you never have to handle it manually.

Am I guaranteed to pass the checks?

Obligia replays, before submission, checks equivalent to those of the regulators and lists every correction needed. The goal is to pass on the first try, but submission remains your responsibility.

Who is it designed for?

For small and medium-sized financial entities: asset managers, investment firms, payment institutions, CASPs, crowdfunding platforms, small insurers, fintechs.

What if the ESA taxonomy changes?

We follow ESA publications and update the lists and format accordingly. Your register stays compliant with the version in force.
